Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Player Advancement Camp

Refunds are made in full if cancellation occurs within 30 calendar day of the event. Within 30 days, refunds are only processed if your spot is able to be filled.

SIHL

Full refunds will be given 45 days or more prior to the event. Within 45 days, players will receive a refund only if their spot on the team is filled.

AAA Tournament Teams

Refunds will be issued in full if requested within 45 days of the tournament, or if we are able to fill your

Team California Tryout

Refunds will only be given if notice is received within 30 days of the event, a documented injury occurs, or if we are able to fill your spots from someone on the waitlist.

Summer Camps

Refunds will be given in full up to 30 days prior to the camp. Within 30 days you will be refunded in full if your spot is able to be filled.
