Brett Beebe - Founder
Brett Beebe is the Owner of Rapid Athlete Development and is responsible for all curriculum related to camps, tournament teams, and player advancement. Coach Beebe has worked with youth - NHL players for over 10 years and is one of the top youth coaches in the country.
He was a head coach in the Los Angeles Jr. Kings AAA program for 5 seasons which included winning a 15 AAA National Championship, Peewee AAA Quebec Tournament Championship, 16 AAA National Runner-Up, and 5 State Championships
Many of coach Beebe's current and former players have made NCAA Division 1 commitments and have been drafted to top Junior leagues and the NHL.
Gudger Gentzler - Head Instructor
Coach Gudger has been a RAD Hockey staple since 2013. He brings an infectious energy to the staff and the players. A leader at every level from AAA to junior, NCAA, and professionally, coach Gudger has an extensive knowledge of the game that led to him being named an assistant coach at Division 3 Tufts University in Boston. He was hired in summer 2022 to become the new director of hockey operations for NCAA D-1 Bentley University.

Lily Yovetich
Lily recently completed an impressive career at Northeastern University. 2026 is her third year as RAD's Director of Women's Hockey and she is also a head instructor at Elite Camp. Lily is responsible for women's camp and events. She is currently playing profesionaly in Sweden!
Lily's unique journey through boys hockey into her current role as a defenseman on one of the top college programs in the country allows her to help RAD create a comprehensive curriculum for our female players. In addition to her responsibilities scheduling events and camps, she is also helping RAD create a transition program for female hockey players who are interested in learning more about post-playing career opportunities.
